Treasure Hunters Roadshow Gold and Silver Investments

If you have invested in Gold or Silver and now want to sell your investments Treasure Hunters Roadshow can help! We have a large group of collectors and buyers that are ready to pay you top dollar for your unwanted Gold and Silver coins and bullion!

As the dollar gets weaker, more and more people are turning to gold bullion coins and silver dollars as an investment says Treasure Hunters Roadshow. In fact, experts say that coins are the safest investment you can make. There are four reasons why you should spend some time with a Treasure Hunters Roadshow coin dealer:

1. Gold bullion coins and silver dollars never depreciate. No matter what is happening with the economy or the value of the dollar, coins will always have value. In fact, the price of gold and silver has been on the rise for years, and they are expected to keep rising. If everything else crashes, you will still be able to depend on your gold bullion coins and silver dollars. Think of them as an insurance policy of sorts.

2. Coins are easier to sell. Coin collectors don’t want gold or silver bars for their collections; they want fancy gold bullion coins and silver dollars. Plus, gold and silver coins are both backed by the U.S. government, so they sell at a higher premium rate explains Treasure Hunters Roadshow. One of the most sought-after coins is the American Eagle gold bullion coin, which the Mint only distributes to coin dealers. Silver dollars are another popular coin that is backed by the government and popular with collectors.

3. In the event of an emergency, gold bullion coins and silver dollars can be used as money. After all, gold and silver coins are used as money in many countries. In fact, in many languages, the words for ‘silver’ and ‘money’ are the same. When you have gold bullion coins and silver dollars, you do not have to liquidate them; instead, you can spend them whenever you want.

4. Coins are easier to sell than bars. Think about it – if you need to sell part of your gold or silver collection, it would be easier to do if you had coins. After all, you cannot cut a gold or silver bar in half. But with gold bullion coins and silver dollars, you can get rid of a portion of your investment if you have to says Treasure Hunters Roadshow. When it comes to buying gold bullion coins or silver dollars, your best bet is to find a reputable coin dealer from Treasure Hunters Roadshow who is knowledgeable about the coin market. After all, you would find an expert realtor to sell your house, right? The same logic should be held for coins. A good coin dealer should also have plenty of assets, so that you know they will still be in business in the future. In case you ever have a problem with your coins, you’ll want to know that your coin dealer is still available to help you.

Treasure Hunters Roadshow Explains Buffalo Coins

Treasure Hunters Roadshow Explains Buffalo Coins

As economies throughout the world become more unstable every day, investors are looking for a safe place to protect their assets. Finding an investment vehicle that allows you to sleep at night, knowing your investment is relatively safe, is a must in today’s uncertain times. With the stock markets around the world fluctuating and national economies on uncertain footing, many are wondering if turning to gold is the right choice for them explains a Treasure Hunters Roadshow Coin Buyer. Gold Buffalo coins have become a favorite investment vehicle of many investors.

Gold Buffalo, also called American Buffalo, is a gold bullion that is popular among investors and coin collectors. The coins were first made in the United States in 2006, and they remain a popular option for those looking to invest their money in gold. Buffalo gold coins are 24 karat gold says Treasure Hunters Roadshow. When these coins were first offered to the public in 2006, it was the first time that the United States made pure gold for public availability. These coins provide one of many options for your investment dollar, so it’s important to do your homework before deciding if this is right for your investment portfolio or coin collection. The standard Gold Buffalo coin has a face value of $50. However, the actual value of these gold coins depends on the current value of gold itself and can often be much more than the standard face value according to Treasure Hunters Roadshow Coin Professionals. The thing that makes these coins so valuable to investors is its purity.

The advantage Gold Buffalo has over other types of gold coins is that it is 24 karat gold. Most other coins sold to investors and collectors are 22 karat gold. Gold Buffalo coins are 99.99% pure, and no other coins are available with that level of purity. This purity makes this more valuable to investors, who can sell the coins for higher prices than the 22 karat gold coins that are available. Similar to the buffalo nickel that began circulation in 1913, the American buffalo coin has a Native American’s head on one side of the coin and a beautiful American buffalo on the other side explains a Treasure Hunters Roadshow Buffalo Coin Appraiser. The design is very popular among coin collectors and enhances the value of the Gold Buffalo in relation to the less popular designs of other gold coins.

Treasure Hunters Roadshow Antique Buyers

Treasure Hunters Roadshow Antique Buyers

Antiques are defined in so many ways that anyone can actually declare that an item in his position is antique as long as it is already old. Antiques can be as classical as an old juke box you have stored in your garage to as ordinary as a pair of old door knobs you kept in your cellar. Though most people think that antiques are very expensive, it is quite the contrary if you are looking at ordinary things according to Treasure Hunters Roadshow. Some antiques are rare that is why they become expensive. Other things that make the antique more expensive are the collectors who may put so much value on it without anyone knowing the reason why other than it’s pretty old. This is why selling antiques at a Treasure Hunters Roadshow event may present a possibility of making a lot of money if a collector happens to view it out of fate.

Most antique sellers online are not professional sellers. They may just be taking a chance that someone might like to buy their old pinball machine or a bunch of old tools. They may just be needing some extra space in the garage and selling things that are no longer needed may just be a perfect idea in getting rid of it and earning some dough in the process. It is usually easier for people to sell antiques since they are not essential things says a Treasure Hunters Roadshow Associate. For example, you are in a dilemma in deciding whether to sell your computer or your old juke box machine. When you compare them, you can still use the computer to contact your friends or perhaps earn a living with it in selling antiques on the internet. For your juke box machine you can no longer make use of it unless you have a restaurant and the theme is the oldies. The juke box just consumes a lot of space, gathering so much dust so it is easier to let go and sell it to Treasure Hunters Roadshow.

Treasure Hunters Roadshow has made big changes in the world of finding and selling rare items. Finding a rare collectable or antique used to be a very difficult task that could take a huge amount of time and money. A person required money, not only for the item itself, but also for the travel that needed to be done in order to track the item down. The professionals at Treasure Hunters Roadshow have made it so that this is no longer the case. While lovers of antiques and other rare items will still frequent flea markets, antique fairs, and other such places, their main place for doing business is now at events hosted by Treasure Hunters Roadshow.

They have made what once was a challenging and, at times, frustrating task much easier and much more possible. More people than ever are connected to the Internet and television these days and Treasure Hunters Roadshow is available on both. This is especially important because people in more rural areas and suburban areas often have more rare and antique items that have not yet been picked over and overpriced. Treasure Hunters Roadshow travels throughout the US to provide all areas with a good way to sell their unwanted treasures.

Springfield, IL (1888PressRelease) April 06, 2010 – Creative fundraising service by THR and Associates a “godsend” in a down economy

Thanks to Treasure Hunters Roadshow and THR Associates a Springfield, Illinois-based company, churches, charities, clubs and service organizations now have a new way to raise money. Treasure Hunters Roadshow, “modern day treasure hunters” that travel the country buying rare, collectible and precious items for their collector’s network, is now offering mini-roadshows helping charities raise thousands of dollars.

After some successful events in small towns throughout the Midwest, Treasure Hunters Roadshow is now accepting applications for THR Charity Fundraisers throughout the USA. The fundraisers are free of charge to the hosting charity. Complete details including a simple application form are available at http://www.thrcharityfundraisers.com or by calling Matthew Enright at (217) 241-3170.

Treasure Hunters Roadshow hosts 1,000 events every year in the USA, Canada and Europe. At these week-long shows, Treasure Hunters Roadshow experts evaluate broken jewelry, gold, silver coins, collectibles and antiques and buy the items on the spot for their collector’s network. Even in small communities, THR can buy up to $500,000 or more in a single week, a significant boost to the local economy.

The idea for the THR “Charity” Parties actually came from a church in Huntsville. The United Methodist church approached THR & Associates to ask if their members could bring their collectibles to a local Roadshow, but have some of the money from the sale go back to the church. Polly Parsons, sister of THR founder Jeff Parsons, immediately saw a great opportunity for the company to do good and agreed to take on the project.

“Working with the church to publicize the fundraiser, Treasure Hunters Roadshow sent a team to the church free of charge. Parishioners brought their gold, silver and collectibles to the church. Treasure Hunters Roadshow evaluated the collectibles, made people a fair and honest offer, but instead of paying each individual we wrote a large check at the end of the event directly to the Church. In one night they raised $9,000.

“Because high unemployment had caused a drop in donations, this event was literally a ‘godsend’ to the United Methodist church,” said Polly Parsons. “Most charities, churches and other nonprofit and service groups are experiencing a decline in donations because of the economy. Not everyone has extra cash to give to a charity, but almost everyone has broken jewelry, coins, old diamond rings, antiques or collectibles that are worth a lot of money. THR began as a small company and we’re still true to our small town roots so we’re thrilled to be able to use our company to help communities raise money.”

How It Works
Charities contact Treasure Hunters Roadshow to set up a Roadshow. Treasure Hunters Roadshow works with the select a date and location for the show and ensure that the charity publicizes the event to its members and the community. THR sends a Treasure Hunters Roadshow team of experts to evaluate the gold, silver and collectibles. Between 10 percent and 100 percent of the money spent by Treasure Hunters Roadshow to acquire the collectibles can go back 100 precent to the charity, with the balance going to the members or donors. Treasure Hunters Roadshow writes check on the spot to everyone involved.

“We hope that organizations throughout the country will contact us and take advantage of this opportunity,” said Polly Parsons. “With 50 Treasure Hunters Roadshow teams on the road each week, we could do hundreds of these charity events a year. Contact us and let us help you do good work in your community.”
